Rubber Split Settings
These Master Tool Settings are used by the Block Split tool.
Name - Name of current Master Tool Setting.
Description - Description of current Master Tool Setting (Optional).
Small area palette - If opted by the user, the smallest block (by area) of the resulting blocks after a split can have the palette changed to the palette chosen here rather than keeping the original palette of the block.
Offset distance - The size of the actual split. This will leave a gap of set distance between the resulting blocks. Can be set to 0 if needed.
