Breakers

Edit > Breakers > Add

This tool enables you to add a single full male waste breaker to the selected stripper area/region, if it has had male waste settings applied.

A full male waste breaker always stretches from one side of a male waste area to the other.

Select the breaker strip knife along which you wish to split the male waste area. A new male waste breaker will then be added.

Edit > Breakers > Add Section

This tool enables you to add a pair of full male waste breakers to the selected stripper area/region, if it has had male waste settings applied, where the section between the two breakers is not to be treated as part of the male waste area.

Select the first breaker strip knife along which you wish to split the male waste area. A new male waste breaker will be added. Then, if you wish, select the second, where the split ends. A second male waste breaker will be added, with the section between the two breakers omitted.

This tool enables you to add a single full male waste breaker to the selected stripper area/region, if it has had male waste settings applied.

Edit > Breakers > Add Slot

This tool enables you to add a single slot male waste breaker to the selected stripper area/region, if it has had male waste settings applied.

A slot male waste breaker is one that does not necessarily stretch from one side of a male waste area to the other (it is just as long as the strip knife); this is particularly common for internal breakers.

Select the breaker strip knife along which you wish to split the male waste area. A new male waste breaker will then be added.

Edit > Breakers > Remove

This tool enables you to remove male waste breaker from the selected stripper area/region, if it has had male waste settings applied.

Select the breaker strip knife for which you previously added a breaker. The male waste breaker is then removed.
