This tool allows you to automatically add fillets to slot shapes in the design. You can use this on both flap slot configurations (three entities) and lock hole configurations (four entities). It is similar to the Trim Fillet Slot tool in that the fillet radius is automatically determined by the slot geometry.
Before activating the tool select all the entities you wish to be considered. It does not matter if you select non-slot shapes - they will not be affected.
On activating the tool, the Tidy Slots form appears.
When the slot ends are replaced by the fillet arcs it may be necessary for adjoining entities to be extended in order to avoid creating gaps in the design. If these adjoining entities are also selected then the tool automatically extends them. See the example below, where the green creases have been automatically extended to meet the fillet.
