The Help Attributes form is opened from the Help Documents form, when you press either the Add or Change buttons.

Help File
Press the edit button 
to locate the help document.
Help Message
Enter the text to display on the status bar (normally a description of the document) when this item is identified on the Help Menu.
Menu
Sub Menu
Enter the name of the Help sub-menu. (If left blank, the item will appear directly on the Help menu.)
Menu Prompt
Enter the text to appear on the menu (normally the title or a short description of the document).
Help Attributes - Users
User
Select the radio button as required:
- All users can see this help item
- Only administrators can see this help item
- Only the following users can see this help item - choose the users from the list
