This tool allows you to orbit the camera about the 3D scene. The camera will orbit the 3D scene in the direction of the click and drag operation, at the speed of the click and drag.
Simply click and drag to orbit the camera.
Right-mouse click and select Cancel 3D Camera Orbit to cancel the tool.
