Drag Rubber

Will move or copy a rubber block.

TIP: This tool is similar to the Transform Drag tool.

The Edit Bar controls will display the following options when the tool starts:

Rubber Edit - The current tool.

Keep Original - If enabled this will make copies of the selected block otherwise the selected block will be moved.

Rotate - Select and set the required rotation angle.

About X - If enabled this will mirror the select block around the X axis (as passing though the block pick up point for the transform).

About Y - If enabled this will mirror the select block around the Y axis (as passing though the block pick up point for the transform).

Replicate - Enabling this option will replicate changes, in this case copies of rubber blocks, on other inserted one-ups with the same one_up name as the one where the copy takes place (a.k.a. Multi-up replicate) and on areas of the same configuration of entities and blocks as the area selected. The Replicate option is modal, i.e other Rubber Edit tools will have the replication option set as it was used last time by any tool in this group.

To use: Before loading the Drag Rubber tool, right click in the Drawing Canvas to get to the Context Menu and cancel any running tool. Right click, pick Select Block from the Context Menu and select the rubber block to be copied with the mouse, then load the Drag Rubber tool. Set the options as required on the Edit Bar then drag the rubber block as with Transform Drag. If Keep Original is switched off you can use the Shift key to override this setting.

While in the Drag Rubber tool, after the first transform operation is done any other rubber block can be selected with the mouse and a new transform can be made.
