This form allows you to change the properties of a 3D Layer. It is opened when you right-click on the background of the 3D View and select Properties from the context menu or right-click a top-level node on the 3D Scene tab of the Impact Explorer and select Properties.

Enter a unique name for the 3D layer here.
Description
Enter an optional description.
Type
The only valid layer type is THREE_D.
